Hello everyone. I wouldn’t make a gofundme unless i’m in absolute dire need of help. In this case, it isn’t just about me, but also my mother. I currently live with my mom, but unfortunately, she’s on the verge of becoming homeless. She’s a single mother who’s also disabled. She’s diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and isn’t able to keep a job, and solely relies on her monthly check from social security, (which she’s at risk of losing due to the orange in office). I don’t expect much money to be raised. I’m at least hoping enough money will come out of this that will help pay for simple things like bills and groceries.

There’s also another reason I made this gofundme as well. I recently got taken to a mental hospital for 7 days without either my mother’s consent or my consent. I was sent to the er because of my alcoholism problem, and I passed out on the living room floor, however, the nurses and doctors at the hospital assumed that i was attempting, even though that’s completely false, and both me and my mother testified to that, but they still sent me to a mental hospital that was 2 hours away from my home with no say in the matter. While there, I experienced the worst time of my life. I was s/a’d and talked to inappropriately by older men, and the staff were very irresponsible about this. They were also very dishonest about how long I would be staying. It was originally stated to be only 3 days, but then it turned into 7. If anything, I should have been sent to a rehab facility instead of a mental hospital. My mom was eventually sent a bill from the mental hospital for over $1,000, which is money we don’t currently have, and with what happened to me during my stay there, it’s inhumane that I even have to pay. My mom has been trying to find an attorney, but there hasn’t been any luck so far.
