Hi my Name is Kargun Fogarty (Moojidi Fo on FB) I am a Single Father of 7 - I am currently looking for work - and only find extra work other then Centrelink, when people need Me/or our Dance Group (Ngarii Talga) to do a performance. That or “walking the Line”, which is pretty scarce.Outside of NAIDOC this is few and far between. We used the car in picture to get around (well only 5 at a time but we Managed). Today we attended some of my Children’s Last Day of School Speech Day (Murri School) and when we got there the engine was Smoking Dramatically and started to burst into Flame. Luckily for school help with Extinguishers managed to contain it to just the engine( had just filled a full tank of fuel). Fire Brigade and Police came and Wrote the Car Off. The Cause was Uncertain maybe lack of oil or Battery overheating???? All we are thankful for is we all escaped unhurt. We all had to catch the School bus Home with all the Extras from car. Holidays have just started and we are now without a car. I had some work proposed for next week “Walking the Line” (Cultural Heritage Monitoring) down near Logan, that was going to help with Xmas. We pretty much living on the Breadline with Centrelink and I could not afford Finance atm. We are reaching out for financial support to help my Little Family. If you can Spare anything would be Appreciated.
