Hi,

My name is Lee and I'm trying to help out my brother Russell Davies.

Unfortunately Russell had a serious fire in his rally car, on the recent Dixies challenge stages which ultimately lead to a devastating total loss!

Over the last 30 years Russell's enthusiasm for all things rallying has seen him build up to a very competitive car. But more importantly has also seen him help out many of his fellow competitors along the way.

Recently, when I was seriously ill and unable to work, I ultimately needed a life saving operation. Russell didn't hesitate in helping me and my family both physically and financially, when I needed it the most. For that I will be eternally grateful.

I also know my brother has helped other friends of his over the years, so hopefully we can now help him.

For these reasons, I am hoping I can help him this time around. I am hoping to raise funds to see him back doing what he not only enjoys, but what is undoubtedly a major part of his life.

I appreciate not many of the rallying community know me, but a number of you will certainly know my brother.

Hopefully, between us we can contribute a small percentage of the cost in getting him back on the stages?

If you feel you can or would like to donate, I would be very thankful. and although my brother is a very proud person, he will undoubtedly be very very grateful for any amount raised.
