After enduring years of living under the tyranny of landlords who often disapprove of my lifestyle and the company I keep, I have finally made a move to acquire a house. It's time for a change.
I can't stress enough how much I long for a place to truly call home—a place where I can live, love, learn, and daven. A place where I can gather with friends for Shabbos, with a spacious garden for tents and a welcoming dining room adorned with chairs and couches.
No more moving every few months or years, constantly uprooting my life. It's time for stability and a place where the community can easily find me when they need support.
But it's not just about me. I dream of creating a space where I can host parties, meditation workshops, Shiurim, and Yoga classes. A place where the chevre can come and find solace whenever they need it.
Thankfully, I have found a house that meets these needs. It's not extravagant or luxurious, but it offers the comfort and stability I've been yearning for.
I am incredibly grateful to have already raised significant funds, including contributions from my own savings and generous support from my family. I've managed to put down a ten percent down payment, cover the costs of the realtor, mortgage broker, and lawyer [₪720.000], and secure a mortgage approval from the bank [₪2.800.000]. These achievements have brought me closer to my goal, but I still need help to cover the remaining amount [₪1.240.000 about $345,000].
That's why I'm reaching out to you—the people who know and love me—for assistance. Your support will make a tremendous difference in helping me achieve my dream of having a place to call home, a place where I can welcome and support others.
May Hashem bless you abundantly as you bless me with your generosity and kindness. Together, let's create a space where love, learning, and community thrive.
