Please help me keep Shipley Wharf looking great?

Hi my name is David, & in May of this year I started to clean up the area between Commercial Street, Wainman St, Otley Rd at Fox corner, Wharf St & Shipley Wharf on my own as the local council have abandoned it!
They're still taking all our council tax and business rates from local businesses, though they've not swept the roads more than twice in the last 5 years. They didn't deal with the weeds and overgrowth, clean the drains, deal with local issues or anything else... Yet they still put council tax up by all 40% this year for their vanity projects...
So I've spent 200+ hours of my own time to try to restore some pride in our beautiful little community. There are approximately 20+ businesses, and around 30+ residentials here but we've been neglected.
So the point is, I've provided a good way to keep our community clean and tidy, but I need your help now to pay for weed killer, graffiti cleaner and cleaning materials. So far I've paid for everything out of my own pocket gladly. I'm not in the best health, and some days I can't do anything at all due to my health. I will still fight to keep our neighbourhood clean and tidy. We get a lot of visitors to the area, for The Duck & Dive Aquatic Centre, a number of small businesses such as Shipley Glass, R.Grech Book Binders, Cafes, bars, a Hotel, restaurants such as The Tapas Tree etc...
I go litter picking at least once a week and, it is disgusting the amounts of rubbish people throw away in our streets. I've now provided litter bins on the streets which have reduced the amounts of rubbish which people who visit here, park for free, or simply come through and do not care dump their stuff!
If you could please see your way to giving maybe a couple of pounds each, then that would allow me to purchase the necessary weed-killer and clean up more areas? Reducing graffiti, managing the huge numbers of cigarette ends & litter plus much more...
Your help and support is gratefully appreciated. I'm only asking as I do not want to see things get worse.
