Help me and my family get out of Gaza

Hello, my name is Dania Abdel Shafi, and I live in Oslo, Norway. I am reaching out for support to raise funds for my cousin Mahmoud Abdel Shafi, who lives in Gaza, his family, and his daughters. They are currently facing difficult conditions in the Gaza Strip due to the ongoing conflict. They were forced to leave their homes.

Mahmoud's message:

Hello, my name is Mahmoud Abdel Shafi. I'm 38 years old. From Gaza City. He is married and has 4 daughters, my mother and my sisters. It was subjected to one of the most dangerous air attacks. While we were in Gaza, after the army entered by land, we were left without a hospital. After we were displaced to the central Gaza Strip, we suffered a lot. From displacement, cold weather, and scarcity of water, food and medicine.

Unfortunately, my children were suffering from diseases due to lack of basic materials and cold. My mother also suffered from a lack of medicine. Overcrowding in hospitals and lack of facilities prevent us from obtaining appropriate health care, and now we live in a plastic tent that does not protect us from the cold of winter in light of the lack of clothes and blankets.

Because of the war, I decided to leave Gaza for Egypt to provide protection for my family, my daughters, my mother, and my sisters, who suffered from homelessness, hunger, and bitterness. Every day is fraught with danger, and all I want is a humble life for my family.

Here's how your donation will be used for my family:

The Rafah land crossing is the only road from the Gaza Strip to Egypt. Coordination will be made with the responsible authorities, which will charge $2,500 per child and $5,000 per person. There are 5 adults 4 children.

$35,000 for coordination to facilitate our exit from the Gaza Strip to Egypt

15,000 USD to rent an apartment and purchase basic materials and treatment

US$20,000 for passport currency, airfare purchase, and accommodation in Jordan.

And $20,000 to enroll my daughters in school to complete their studies.
