Hello everyone. I am coming to you to humbly ask for your help.

I have never publicly asked for assistance or crowdfunded anything - in fact I have a hard time asking for help in general. But there's nothing I wouldn't do to protect my babies.

I need assistance covering the retainer fees for legal assistance to protect my 6 year old daughter, whom I have equal legal/physical custody of.

Her mother has cut off all contact with me after a judge ruled against her in her legal fight against me. She won't allow Piper to see me, let alone speak to me.

I have no idea where her mother is hiding her, however I do know that the homes that her mother takes her to while she goes to work have been dangerous, unsafe, and uncomfortable situations for Piper.

She has told me many stories, repeatedly, of traumatic experiences involving physical violence, constant screaming and shouting, objects being broken, doors being slammed, etc.

Because of these experiences, we have developed a code system so that she is able to communicate things to me when she is not physically with me, should she need.

She's unable to do that right now and I am beyond worried.

All funds will go directly to the legal retainer for an attorney that I am confident will be able to fight for my daughter and provide the legal protection she deserves.

The retainer is $4,000 - and I am currently $2,000 short.

If by some miracle this fundraiser exceeds my attorney’s legal retainer, all additional funds will be put towards the additional legal expenses which surely will come from this situation, and beyond that I will donate any unused funds to a charity Organization that helps children who have experienced trauma.
