For those who’ve been paying attention, I’ve been dealing with ongoing legal proceedings related to domestic abuse, coercive control, human rights violations, custody, and now travel permissions for my kids. I’m currently trying to get court approval to take them to Texas for a short visit with my family. We haven’t been home in nearly three years.

Between court filing fees, ongoing legal costs, and consultation bills I’ve already incurred, the expenses have piled up fast. On top of that, if permission is granted, I’ll need to cover travel for the three of us. I’m also trying to set aside a buffer for additional legal representation I need. That’s why I set the goal at €8,000.

If permission is granted, the funds will be used to bring my children home to Texas for an unfortunately brief, yet too long-awaited visit with my family. If circumstances change, funds will remain dedicated to all the legal expenses related to this matter.

I don’t have a big circle anymore, as I’ve been strategically isolated from help over the past few years, and I know times are tight for everyone. If you’re not in a position to give, I completely understand. Thanks for even reading this.
