Hello, I’m creating this because we have no where to turn to in such a little time. We have an important court date next week and I want to help my person - we are a brand new family with a 3 month old daughter. He has been battling this felony case which ended in a plea deal to pay a fee of 15K. It is his first offense, and wants to do right by the system and put this mistake behind him. He has done majority of the amount however was diagnosed with congestive heart failure the same week he received his case, and that I was pregnant on February 2023. It’s been a rough ride for him, but he’s provided and been there for us to the best of his ability regarding his conditions and restrictions, all while dealing with his case. He’s made sure I don’t feel the stress of this but now the court won’t cut him the slack or time he needs to get this handled. He’s filed for an extension but never heard back from his court appointed attorneys. They are pushing to have his deal revoked disregarding the amounts he’s already paid. He’s a caring and loving person, who puts other before himself and never asks for help. He’s been an amazing father. We love him, and truly do need him here with us. We are asking for anything you can from your heart, even a share of the link, it all helps. The proceeds will be used to pay the court fine to keep him from being arrested and spending time with his newborn - the remaining amount if more was received will be going to a charity or to someone else on here who needs the love and support just as much as we do. thank you so much !
