Hi y’all! I’m Anyada, and I’m organizing this GoFundMe for our girl Katie Gray. It has been a freaking YEAR already for her, and she and the fam can REALLY use your support.
In her own words:
“Got laid off April 12th, and a week later our truck broke down to the tune of $3k. Less than a month later, a head gasket blew on our car, and we found out it would cost more to fix than the car was worth, even though money is still owed on it, so we’re down to one car but still paying on two.
A month after that, I broke a tooth, and the starter on the truck went out, which was another $2k. I then got a job offer, which was what I needed, but it ended up being an intricate scam, and they used my new hire paperwork to clean out our bank account. We are now $3k overdrawn. The bank may or may not cover the charges, but regardless we’re still in over our heads.
I have PTSD and other medical issues which require meds and therapy, so we are paying out of pocket for me to be on Sevonne’s health insurance to help with some of that.”
LOOK. If you know Katie, you KNOW Katie. She is a champion of the people and a cheerleader to all of her friends. If you’ve been around her for any length of time, she has made you laugh in the dark times, pulled you up when you felt like giving up, sung your praises from the rooftops, taken care of business like a BOSS, and kept freaking GOING even when life was ROUGH. She is a STELLAR human and I am proud to know her.
