Please help Jeff’s family
On may 6th 2021 my best friend’s brother lost his battle with his health. Jeff struggled for years with diabetes and many other medical ailments. He fought for years with his health and was constantly in and out of the hospital and ICU. He fought thru his pain every day in order to stay with his wife and 4 kids. His family was his entire world. Jeff always put his family first and was the best father, husband, son, brother and uncle. He was always smiling no matter the amount of pain he was in. He loved everyone and always wanted to help people. If he saw fire trucks or any first responder vehicle with their lights and sirens on going somewhere he would always tell his wife he needed to go where they were, just in case they needed his help. Jeff loved life, he taught his kids to be honest and true. He encouraged them to always do their best and to always be themselves. He never missed anything when it came to his kids, unless in the hospital. He had the most contagious smile and laugh! He could light up a room the second he walked in. His wife Ashley was his best friend and soulmate. They were absolutely inseparable! They had a love that only comes once in a lifetime! They were the greatest team in life and raising their babies. We all know Jeff never ever wanted to leave this world but he knew it was time. Jeff always said if something happened he wanted to move his family in with his parents. In February he did just that, they moved in with his parents. That’s the man Jeff was, ALWAYS looking out for his family and making sure they were taken care of. Jeff was in the hospital the week prior to his passing and got out less than 24hrs before his passing. He took that day and lived it as best as he could with spending it with his mom, dad, wife and kids. He seemed like he had just won the lottery! He said his goodnight’s to his babies and parents and went to bed with his wife. He then felt something was wrong, he couldn’t breath. So Ashley got him in the vehicle to take him the 2 minute drive to the hospital and that drive was the worst one for her. Jeff told her he knew he was dying and that he thought he was having a heart attack. Jeff told Ashley how much he loved her and told her to tell everyone that he loved them. Once to the hospital he collapsed outside the vehicle and the fire department was called for a lift assist. Jeff’s oldest brother is a fire fighter and never expected that call would be to say goodbye to his baby brother. And just like that, he was gone.
I’m setting up this fund for his wife Ashley and 4 kids Skylar(12), Gage(9), Charlie(7) and rainy (2). This will be for Jeff’s babies when they are older and want to go to school to become whatever they would like and to help them when funds are tight.
Anyone who knew Jeff would know that all he ever wanted was to give the world to his family! So please if you can donate, anything is appreciated! And if you can’t, please, help someone that needs their groceries carried, hold that door open for someone or just smile at a stranger! Do what Jeff did everyday! Helped anyone that needed help.
