My name is Al and I am Tia’s boyfriend.

As you may already know, Tia is currently being detained in Monroe, LA for an issue with her Visa and is now in danger of being deported. If you are here reading this, you probably know Tia and how amazing of a person she is! She is thoughtful and caring and usually puts others before herself. We all know she belongs here with us! I am going to do everything in my power to help her.

I have hired a lawyer for her and have paid the initial legal fees (Even those add up quick!). Additional legal fees are going to be tough for me to cover on my own, but she needs to have legal representation throughout this situation to have a chance of staying. As we all know, lawyers cannot make any guarantees, but I believe if there’s anyone deserving of Asylum… it’s Tia!

So here we are…

I am asking you for help… for Tia.

I (and Tia also) will be forever grateful!

Any of the donations spent will be for Tia’s legal fees, commissary while in detention, and for any rent/bills that have accumulated (if there are any funds left after legal fees). I will provide receipts for anyone who asks, and will even upload them here is possible. If, in the end, there are any donation funds left, I will figure out how to refund anybody who asks. Otherwise it will all go directly to Tia (no matter the outcome).
