Hi everyone, please help me protect my teenagers so we can move foreword with healing.
We are going through a high conflict divorce. The mother has not tried to be a positive influence on my teenage girls. At 13 and 15 years of age teenagers need stability, love and support. All of which I give them. I have calmed the chaos and given them a chance at a better life. The problem is that Washington state doesn’t care about the kids. There is not programs or assistance for men that work full time and have taken on the responsibility of raising kids on their own.
The mother had sent 14 pictures of my penis to my 14 year old daughter. This was extremely devastating to deal with. Imagine your daughter coming down the stairs with her cell phone in hand with pictures of me naked on the screen. She was absolutely traumatized.
I had to fire my first attorney. My second attorney is deathly ill and had his leg amputated. My third attorney took over the case needs me to pay him $2,500.00 by the first week of April. We don’t own property or have anything of massive value. My ex just keeps dragging things out.
I have temporary full custody of my 13 and 15 year old daughters for the past year and a half. Legally separated for 2 years. I work full time at a truck and trailer manufacturing facility here in Washington. I am the sole provider with no other source of income. I do not receive child support because the mom claims she doesn’t work. Even though she can afford her $600 per month truck payment. I need to hire a good attorney to ensure I get full custody of my kids.
