Please Help Dalton, Heather and sweet baby Beau
Early Tuesday, May 11th Heather Clanton woke up to every parents nightmare. Her sweet, baby Beau was having a seizure. Dalton Boatwright, his dad, was out of town working and rushed to children’s hospital in Birmingham, AL to join his family and the team of doctors working on their precious little boy. After 24 hours of observations, various scans and an MRI they received the news they had hoped to avoid. The neurosurgeon said that Beau had too much fluid/blood around his brain and they needed to perform surgery on him to put in a drain. The drain will stay in through the weekend. Next week they will see how he is responding and how the fluid is draining in order to better predict their next steps. Their goal is to hopefully start weening him off the drain next week. But, they are predicting baby Beau will need to remain in the hospital for at least the next two weeks. Please consider helping this young couple. ALL DONATIONS will go towards their personal bills. Our prayer is that Heather and Dalton can concentrate all of their energy to the healing of their baby instead of the mounting stress of how they will cover their bills due to being out of work for several weeks.
