Please Help Cristian Latin with his Medical Bills

Hello, my name is Samuel Latin Corado, my son Cristian is 20 years old, 7 years ago he lost his ability to walk because of a blow he received on the head, we are from Guatemala but in our country we do not have the technology and knowledge for this case, that is why we brought him to the United States but he only has emergency insurance that is why we turn to people and friends of good will to raise funds for medical expenses. Currently he is already undergoing treatment but the costs they are very high and we need your help please .thank you so much
