Posting on behalf of my mother Bridget Spalding-

My son James Spalding from Donabate, Dublin, is currently in Brazil since July with his non-verbal autistic son Nicholas (Nick) and has no way to return home.

He is fighting a strenuous legal battle with Nick’s mother to bring Nick back home safe to his country of habitual residence, Ireland.

James has been fighting tooth and nail and has legal fees with multiple lawyers as well as rent in both countries and is running very low on funds.

Let us all come together and bring my boys home where they belong, we need your help to make this happen before Nicholas suffers further regression and trauma as he is a vulnerable child being subjected to unsafe and unsustainable conditions.

He is really missing home and his familiar structured routine and environment of specialised education and therapies at home in Ireland.

James is determined that he is not going to return until they can return together safely.
