I am sharing this because I feel there is no other option. My little brother was born with bladder exstrophy, which is a rare birth defect where the bladder does not form correctly during fetal development, resulting in it being exposed on the outside of the lower abdominal wall. This condition is often accompanied by other related issues, including problems with the urethra, genitals, and pelvic bones.

I uploaded a picture of his recent medical report. His health is deteriorating, and he is now facing stage 3 kidney disease. My aunt has another SSI appointment scheduled and is working to secure Medicaid for him. Unfortunately, he has been repeatedly denied both forms of assistance. He does have a case worker trying to help him at this time.

He had a good job, but he was let go because he had to be admitted to the hospital for weeks at a time. He has lost two jobs and two homes due to the rapid decline in his health. Now, at just 20 years old, he is homeless and could really use a blessing. Any assistance would mean so much. We are looking to get a camper for him so he will have a home to lay his head, body care, food, catheters (very important) and his medications very very important as well.
