Baby Seraph is the third child of Abi and Marco and was born at 34 weeks via Caesarian Section. The infant’s body was small of a 31 week old because he suffered from IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction) while in the womb.  Abi has high blood pressure throughout her pregnancy which led her to decide to deliver the baby earlier with the advice of her OB-GYN.

Seraphim needs to stay in the NICU for thermoregulation (incubator) and respiratory (ventilator) support for a few more weeks until she can develop and be able to sustain herself. She is also being treated for heart murmurs (Patent Ductus Arteriosus), pneumonia, and sepsis.

We are knocking on your kind hearts to help us support the medications, and daily treatments for our little Seraphim. She has been in the hospital for a week now and the medical bills have been very challenging. We are located in Bataan, Philippines.
