Please Help a Sick House Cat Dumped Outside a Building!

We received an urgent call about a heartbreaking situation: a long-haired cat was found collapsed outside a building, unable to walk, so weak she couldn’t even lift her head. Her body was just skin and bones to the touch, and she was barely clinging to life. Someone had left a piece of bread and a bowl of water next to her and then walked away.

It’s clear this cat once belonged to someone. Cats like this don’t just end up as feral strays. She was likely dumped when she needed help the most.
