Please help a loving Dad to see his daughter.

Dear family and friends,

As many of you know, I have a beautiful daughter who is now 10 years old. Unfortunately, because of a very horrible and unimaginable situation that I am in with the mother, my ex-girlfriend. It's unbelievable, but my Daughter has never been told that I am her father, Not my choice, it was because of a bad deal the attorney I had to fire made with her attorney behind my back, then Her Mother lied to me over and over, making empty promises of when she would tell my daughter the truth. Her mother did not abide by the court orders, and I had no money for this legal battle, and my health has been really bad so I had always tried to get along and was trusting her mother to do the right thing. so I remained known as just Nick. There is so much more to this story, it is really bad. This woman has, and continues to fight everything. Now for over a year

and a half, I have not been allowed to see my child, or

even speak with her by phone, no contact whatsoever. Her mother has

also cut off all forms of communication and actually went as

far as changing her personal and home phone numbers. This is

a very long and sad story, with her taking advantage of the hardships of my health and limited income from being on disability, because of my genetic blood disorders, clotting issues, and more.. But I now have been contacting lawyers again

because I want my child in my life fully, and I always have. Recently my ex-girlfriends

sister and mother finally reached out to me after years of me trying to reach them, and they are now willing to work together, and help in any way, because they said this has all gone on way

too long and something needs to be done to bring my daughter

into my life, and for her to finally understand all of the truth.

So, I have found an attorney willing to work with me and help me

with lower fees, because they understand my situation with my

health and finances, only having my disability income. So, I am asking

for the help of my family and friends for the funds needed to get into

court and re-open everything I started in the past but was only able to

get so far. This attorney sounds extremely passionate, positive, and motivated.

I need around $3,500 to get things started. There could be a

need for more funds if she does decide to try to fight me, hopefully that won't happen. They understand my financial hardship, so they will try to work as low as possible. If

anyone has any questions about any of this, just reach out to me or my Mom

and we will share anything you want to know. I truly appreciate

you all so much, this is just very emotional, and heartbreaking. But I am 100% a father who is ready to fight and do whatever it takes to be the Dad I know she needs.
