Please help a daughter, sister, mother in need

I have started this page on behalf of my younger sister, Kristina (Krissy) Lombelino. As most of you have witnessed personally over the last 7 years, Krissy has dedicated every ounce of her being to provide, protect, love and care for her three children - Julie, Gabby and Jojo. She was a stay at home mother for 5 plus years and did all of the cooking, cleaning, bedtime routines, arts and crafts, education, etc. in the household. She is the constant and safe place in their lives. After her split from the children's father, she went back to work a few days a week (10-14 hour days at Amazon) and would see them on weekends along with dropping Julie and Gabby off at school and volunteering for field trips, taking them to birthday parties, extracurriculars and so on. Most recently, her agreed upon time sharing was Friday afternoon until Monday evening.

Although my sister puts on a brave face every day, she has not had it easy. With her immediate family residing in FL, she had no choice but to stay with friends on Long Island often going place to place because she could not afford to get a multi-bedroom apartment on her own in NY and most zoning laws restrict her from having a 1 bedroom with 3 kids. She has received NO child support, NO emergency housing and has had 5 plus months of missed work days to accommodate court dates after an emergency order was filed on the father’s behalf asking for full custody stating she is unstable, unfit and claiming abandonment. This could not be farther from the truth.

We are fighting for my sister to get more time with her children and trying to help get her back on her feet. To accomplish this, we need to prove she has a stable home and environment for them. We are asking for you to please consider donating any amount you can to help with legal fees, a new apartment and any other expenses related to this matter.

We have the best friends and family we could ever ask for and we know Krissy and the children are so loved and with your help, they will get through this. Thank you!!
