Please donate to help Abernecessities and Forget-Me-Not Club

So someone had the bright idea of running 4km along Aberdeen Airport's runway whilst dodging jumbo jets, and for some reason we decided this might be fun!!

On the plus side, we'll be raising money for Aberdeen Airport's chosen charity (Abernecessities), and CHC Helicopters chosen charity (Forget-Me-Not Club).

Abernecessities provide basic and essential products for babies and young children from disadvantaged families, and have helped over 10,000 children across Aberdeenshire since their inception in 2019.

Forget-Me-Not Club provides dementia support throughout Aberdeenshire. Services include respite care at their specialist resource centre in Banchory, along with pop-up outreach, and virtual and carer support sessions.

The event takes place on the 22nd June, and there's currently six in our ragtag bunch of runners. This fundraising page is to hopefully raise a few pennies collectively.

We're not seasoned runners, and we've all eaten too many pies, so please help motivate us!!
