William Davis Homes have put in an application to build 500 homes on the old Dunston Grange land which is currently used for agricultural purposes .

The land is part of the green spaces which make Chesterfield a pleasant and rural town to live in . The council have already allowed nearly 500 homes in this area to be built on the skylarks development and the old cammack site .

Another 500 homes on green fields in this area is unnecessary and unwanted .

William Davis have been planning for this for a long time based on the biased reports posted with the outline application .

We need to raise funds to at least have a decent planning consultant who may find a chink in their plans . This affects all residents of Newbold, Cutthorpe, Barlow, Dunston etc and surrounding areas . Please donate if you are able
