Hello my name is Alejandro, and I am a U.S. Army combat veteran. I served four years active duty in Alaska, including a combat deployment to Iraq, and I currently continue my service in the Illinois National Guard. Serving my country has shaped every part of who I am—discipline, faith, and a commitment to doing what’s right.

In 2024, my life took a powerful turn when I became a member of Elevation and gave my life to Christ on 9/08/2024. My faith has been my anchor, and I am trusting God through one of the hardest moments I’ve ever faced.

Recently, I was arrested during a traffic stop involving a legally owned firearm that was in my private vehicle. I’ve never been arrested, never been in trouble with the law, and I’ve always tried to live a life of integrity. Everything about this situation has been overwhelming—emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

Now, I’m facing unexpected legal fees and the cost of getting my vehicle out of impound. As someone who has always tried to handle my responsibilities on my own, asking for help is incredibly difficult. But right now, I can’t walk this road alone.
