<div>Hello my name is Alejandro, and I am a U.S. Army combat veteran. I served four years active duty in Alaska, including a combat deployment to Iraq, and I currently continue my service in the Illinois National Guard. Serving my country has shaped every part of who I am—discipline, faith, and a commitment to doing what’s right.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In 2024, my life took a powerful turn when I became a member of Elevation and gave my life to Christ on 9/08/2024. My faith has been my anchor, and I am trusting God through one of the hardest moments I’ve ever faced.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, I was arrested during a traffic stop involving a legally owned firearm that was in my private vehicle. I’ve never been arrested, never been in trouble with the law, and I’ve always tried to live a life of integrity. Everything about this situation has been overwhelming—emotionally, spiritually, and financially.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, I’m facing unexpected legal fees and the cost of getting my vehicle out of impound. As someone who has always tried to handle my responsibilities on my own, asking for help is incredibly difficult. But right now, I can’t walk this road alone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m humbly asking for support—whether through donations, prayers, or simply sharing this page. Anything you can give will help me fight this case, get my vehicle back, and stay stable while I continue serving both my country and my faith community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Your kindness means more than you know, and I truly believe God is using this challenge to pull me into something greater.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you, and God bless.
</div>

Stand with a Veteran in Need

<div>Hello Friends and Family,

</div>

<div>This is Lorrissa, many of you know me as nana. As many of you already know, I have been dealing with severe medical conditions. Due to multiple hospital admissions, on October 9th, I underwent a major abdominal ostomy surgery. Where they had to remove partial of my small intestines, my appendix and secum. I have 5 areas of my abdominal with stitches and a ostomy bag for 3-6 months. <strong>This procedure was a life-changing step that will significantly improve the quality of my life and allow me to heal.</strong> This surgery has been very difficult to deal with. As this was the best decision the doctors recommended, it has really also been an emotional journey.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>While health insurance is currently not an option due to lost of my jobI will be out of work for the next 6 months as I recover, followed by reconstructive surgery by May of 2026. While the amount only covers 3 months, I may need it for 6 months depending on my healing process. <strong>The funds will cover all medical supplies to maintain the ostomy.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The total goal I am trying to raise is $2,000 based on the estimated cost. All donations will be used to purchase supplies from Edgepark Ostomy Supply. <strong>Anything will be appreciated at this critical time.</strong> If you cannot donate, it's okay. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Many of y'all have my contact information.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

</div>

<div>My husband Ronald, who we so affectionately called Ron has been declared by the doctor to have no brain activity after suffering a heart attack at work on Thursday, April 11; he was set to retire in June. Ron was a family man, who loved spending time with his family and was looking forward to seeing his first grandson graduate high school next month. He couldn't wait for the family to be all together and spend time with his grandchildren. He was so very proud of each and everyone of them. Ron was also a military veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy and would share stories about his time serving his country. Ron was a selfless man, who loved me and my children well; always providing and being there for us and sharing in the ups and downs of raising kids. We lived a great life together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As I grieve the lose of my husband, I'm asking for some financial assistance to help with his funeral arrangements. Anything to help put him to rest will be appreciated. God bless you and thank you in advance.

<div>Hi, my name is Barbara Fitch and I started this page to help Mitch and Amanda, They are really struggling right now as many of you know Mitch is back in the hospital in the critical care unit. He’s on oxygen because he is having trouble breathing on his own. Mitch has five more weeks of treatment for the infection in his heart before they can perform open heart surgery. On top of that the Cardioligist that was recommended informed Mitch and Amanda that they do not take the insurance that Mitch has.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I copied the following from Mitch's FB page that gives a little detail of what is going on.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My luck finally ran out. On August 1, shortly after my birthday, I got very ill with what I thought was the flu. High grade fevers with chills, soaking night sweats, fatigue, and a pounding headache were the order of the day. Every day. After three weeks, I finally went to the ER. Just a bug, they said, and sent me a bill for three grand.
</div>
<div>Five months and one weeklong hospital stay later, after seeing all sorts of specialists chasing down every lead from diverticulitis to lymphoma, I finally have a real diagnosis. And it sucks.
</div>
<div>I have endocarditis, a rare-but-deadly condition where there's an infection in the aortic valve of my heart. Normal people who don't shoot up and who take care of their teeth almost never get this. But I was born with a birth defect, you see. The bacteria have all but destroyed my little mutant valve and good, oxygenated blood sloshes back into my heart with every pump instead of going where it needs to go. My heart has been putting in a lot of overtime and the poor thing has just about had it.
</div>
<div>The upshot of all this is I have to get rid of the infection through daily IV antibiotics for six weeks. And then I get to have open heart surgery to replace the valve. Hopefully, after that, I'll be mostly fine. That's what they say, anyway, but isn't it always.
</div>
<div>Let me tell you guys, being very ill for very long, it's no picnic. I haven't been able to work or do much of anything. I'm very tired and very broke. Thank God for Amanda, who has endured frequent crying jags with incredible patience. Without her...well, I don't like to think about that too much. Let's just say you wouldn't be reading this.
</div>
<div>It's a delicate and dangerous time for me right now, walking (slowly) around like this. But I can finally see the light of day. Hopefully I'll make it the six weeks and through the surgery. If not, well, I'll miss you. Take it easy.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please note that any donation amount is greatly appreciated and will help alleviate the stress Mitch and Amanda are experiencing at this time. I am setting up this page so that any funds go directly to them. Thank you for taking the time to read this and please share.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>UPDATE, THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO TAKE HIM INTO SURGERY TODAY 1/12/23. WILL POST UPDATES AS I GET THEM.
</div>

<div>Hi, my name is Jenny and I created this for my baby brother. Carl passed away on March 18 and unfortunately because of a mix up with the my information I just found out on April 21st that he was gone. I am in so much pain and completely devastated. Shocked isn’t even the word. He was taken from the friends and family who loved him. I can’t even believe it as I’m writing it, but due to the nature of his passing and some suspicious circumstances surrounding his death it is currently under investigation and I have little to no answers for you guys. To say this is unexpected is a gross understatement. My brother was one of the BEST human beings I’ve ever known. My first best friend. I just need to get my brother home and laid to rest. Anything helps. We just want to give him the celebration of life that he deserves. I hope this was a cohesive explain of things. I’m so heartbroken. Coming up with the words and ones that make sense , is difficult to say the least. Thank you in advance for loving my brother. And thank you for helping us show Carl that he wasn’t alone and that he was loved more than he ever understood! THANK YOU!!

<div>You may have heard about the record breaking flash flooding in St. Louis, MO from a couple of weeks ago. My friend JBo's home and car were right in the thick of it. If you can see the picture I'm sharing, that's her ALMOST paid off Corolla, a few minutes before the flood waters went even higher. The flood also drenched her basement...the water came three inches from the ceiling. Everything except the contents of one vacuum sealed bag was destroyed.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Insurance will only get JBo and her husband Archie so far. It'll pay off their car, but won't get them very far on securing a new one. They're also going to find a new home due to lingering damage at their current residence that won't be taken care of for along time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So can you please help? Let's get them as close as we can to a safe, dry place to live and reliable transportation to/from. Thank you!

<div>Hello, my name is Monica Mejias. I am the mother to Kianna Rivera, known as mom-in-law to Michael Nunez and grandmother to Leilani Amelia Nunez; I am writing this request with a heavy heart and tears streaming down my face; my daughter Kianna and her fiance Michael lost their daughter Leilani Ameilia Nunez yesterday, 05/18/22. I am fundraising for my granddaughter Leilani's funeral and other expenses during these most difficult times. It is important to me to be as supportive and helpful in these times for them. Therefore, I ask that you do not ask what happened but remember to be sensitive and imagine yourself in their place. Would you want those questions asked during your grief of losing your child or any family member? Out of respect and consideration, I thank everyone in advance for all your prayers and anything that would help them. I ask the Lord for guidance and wisdom and comfort them to get through this time in their lives.

<div>Hello,
</div>
<div>My name is Brigitte and I am fundraising for my grandson Dante.
</div>
<div>Twins Dante and Quentin were born prematurely in October 2021.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>While they both spent time in the NICU, Quentin has already left the hospital.
</div>
<div>Dante who was born with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), has already undergone 2 surgeries and has 2 more upcoming very invasive (heart and abdominal) surgeries.
</div>
<div>He has been a real trooper through this ordeal and has not been in the arms of his parents yet because medical machines are keeping him alive until he gets his 2 critical life saving surgeries.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your help, Dante will get the surgeries he desperately needs and be free from the machines.
</div>
<div>Expected time Dante will spend in the John Hopkins hospital CDH unit is about another 6 months.
</div>
<div>The medical bills are stacking up and Dante’s young parents appreciate any help you can provide.
</div>
<div>Thank you so much.

<div>My beautiful mommy has passed away! She was only 61 years old and I hoped that we could give her some more time, but we couldn’t. Her little body has been fighting for months and she was so weak and in so much pain and this morning her pain ended, Peacefully. We did know she was sick but we were also told we had more time. So we are in shock. But She left her beaten, broken body behind and she went to be pain-free, with her husband, both parents and her best friend and sister! I’m in tears as I write this but she was surrounded by family and her last day with us was exactly how she wanted it to be! Even though we didn’t realize it would be our last!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I know that life is hard for everyone right now, including us. And because it came much sooner than we expected, we’re not fully prepared considering the cost of EVERYTHING has changed so much. Even just sharing is beyond special and I would be so happy! But if anyone could squeeze anything out, we would be eternally grateful! My mom was seriously the most special lady! She was the coolest mom ever and everyone’s favorite aunt and as with many of us who lose our matriarch, we’re all so broken and just hurting more than words can say. I just want to give my mommy something amazing! I just want to celebrate her and remember my mom how she wanted! With country music, good food and laughing while on a trip down memory lane!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We love and appreciate you all! Thank you for giving my sweet momma your time!

Elijah's Journey to Heart Transplant

Arriani "Arri" Arroyo, at only 9 years old, was called home to be held in the arms of God on February 26th, 2021. Her family is coming together to request support for her parents, Eddie and Christal Arroyo, to cover the expenses of her memorial service and loss of income during this time of mourning. <br /><br />This beautiful soul was wise and intelligent beyond her years. Her future was exceptionally bright. We can't count how many hearts she filled with her joy, energy, and magnetic personality.  <br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/55031884_1614791986658754_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="55031884_1614791986658754_r.jpeg" /><br /><br />Arriani was a beautiful, brave, and happy little girl. She was incredibly generous and in the days before her passing she went through her clothes and found everything that didn't fit and bagged them for donation on her own with no one asking her to. She was social, friendly, and loving. She enjoyed playing outside, spending time with friends and family, and singing Alicia Keys Girl on Fire. <br /><br />In her journal her father found that she was writing about how happy she was right now, and how excited she was about going back to Florida to go to beach and to go swimming in pools, something she learned to do very quickly when she lived there. <br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/55031884_1614792296581167_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="55031884_1614792296581167_r.jpeg" /><br /><br />A true fashionista, she loved to do nails, do her own hairstyles, and watching makeup tutorials. She liked to make and style her own clothes. <br /><br /><strong>Her talents were absolutely limitless.</strong> She was a talented artist who loved to draw and had dreams of going to Paris one day to go to art school. She would say she wanted to be a doctor who delivered babies because her heart is so kind, and she would say she wanted to be a lawyer because she believed in goodness and helping others. <br /><br /><strong>She was obsessed with her 5 year old little brother</strong> and while they had their typical sibling rivalry sometimes, she treated him like he was her own child and took care of him. He misses her with all his heart and has been guarding her Xbox controller for her. He shares it only if he knows she would want him to. <br /><br />She loved fidget toys and Roblox.<strong> She loved ALL of her siblings</strong> so much and was proud to be a little sister and a big sister. <strong>We believe that one of her last blessings was to bring her entire family and friends together to share the deep love we all have for her. </strong><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/55031884_1614793512655228_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="55031884_1614793512655228_r.jpeg" /><br /><br />Arri was a social butterfly with a big circle of friends. She and her closest friends would get on Zoom calls together and play games together. <strong>She loved her best cousin and everyone in her family.</strong>  She was just announced <strong>Student of the Month</strong> by her teacher and was so proud of her accomplishment. <br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/55031884_1614793682372582_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="55031884_1614793682372582_r.jpeg" /><br />Arri loved worship music and even shared that she had just written a song of praise for Jesus. We pray that she is in his arms now, shining brightly down to earth from heaven. <br /><br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/55031884_16147948148447_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="55031884_16147948148447_r.jpeg" /><br /><br />While her family is maintaining privacy about the details of her passing until they are ready to share her story,<strong> we would like to bring awareness to the dangers that exist on internet,</strong> which we believe is the reason Arri is no longer with us. <br /><br /><strong>PLEASE READ:</strong> Her parents are asking all parents to remain vigilant about what your children are being exposed to while using social media apps such as TikTok. There are people who use the internet to spread dangerous challenges and trends that anyone at any age can access. Children are innocent and as the world evolves, technology has become a regular part of daily life for all of us. This will not change and future generations of kids will continue to be born into newer and more advanced technology. These apps start with harmless trends but there is an undercurrent of malice being spread into these apps. As parents we do everything that we can to protect our children and shelter them from harm, but we must work together as a community and world to ensure that our future generations are safe and secure. <br /><br />Even with close monitoring, there are still ways for children to be exposed to danger. <strong>Monitor what they are viewing, ask questions, and report anything that is dangerous.</strong><br /><br />*Please note that all funds are going directly to the parents for expenses.

Hello Family and Friends

On the evening of December 10th, an unspeakable tragedy struck our family. My beautiful niece, Aubrie Hill, and her mother, Ariana Perez were struck by another vehicle just minutes from our home. Both suffered serious injuries and were transported to separate hospitals. We are very fortunate that both are alive, but Aubrey’s injuries were far worse, and have left her paralyzed from the waist down.

If you know Ariana, then you know that she is the most kind, gentle, and giving person. Aubrey is a very vibrant and active child. She loves to swim, dance, and even through this, will find a way to keep a smile on her face.

Needless to say, we are very heartbroken and will be battling an uphill fight for many years to come.

Of course, that fight will come with a big “price tag.” In addition to your thoughts and prayers, we are soliciting help from our community of family and friends. If you can find it in your heart to donate to assist the family, we would greatly appreciate it. Ariana lost her car in the accident, and as a single mother now facing a lifetime of medical bills- she will need all the help she can get.

We thank you in advance, and no amount is too small.
