Pinnacle Cares - Christmas Wishes 2021

The Pinnacle Transport Group cares about our community.

 

We’re excited to announce that we’ve once again partnered with B100 radio station to fulfill a Christmas wish for a family in need. We know the generosity of our Pinnacle family, so we’ve decided that our goal is to fulfill not one, not two, but THREE families Christmas wishes! Yes! You understood that correctly. We want to support THREE families that have been struggling in 2021.

 

Please consider making a difference in someone’s life today. Our goal is $3000 – and we’re confident that we can reach it! If you are led to do so, please consider donating to support our families. No donation is too small. Truly every dollar that you donate will be put to great use to directly impact these three families that are in need.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to fill someone’s bucket today.

 

Below are the nominations:

Family 1:

This Christmas season, I would like to nominate my longtime friend, Casie Troyer, who has recently become a single mom. Casie has always been involved in her children’s extracurricular activities and has volunteered countless hours at their schools. She is constantly giving of her time to her children, family, and friends.

 

She and her kids moved from their home last year, and now live with her twin sister and her two children. They are all making the best of the situation they are in. However, it seems like every time she takes a step forward, something pushes her two steps back.

 

She is currently quarantined. This is three times within an eight-week period. No work equals no money, and without the help of the children’s’ father, and living paycheck to paycheck, she is struggling financially.

 

Now that she is in a time of need, I would love to help give her three kids (8, 15 and 19) a decent Christmas. My husband and I have helped provide winter gear for the youngest and are going to try and tackle a few items on their Christmas lists, but we can’t do it alone. A visa gift card in any about would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration, and Merry Christmas!

 

Family 2:

Dawn is in need of a new dryer. Her husband just passed away on Thursday Nov. 18th. He had fixed it a couple weeks before he passed and with dealing with the expenses of a loss, they are not able to afford a new one. Dawn with put her own needs and welfare aside to help anyone in need and has touched countless lives for being a shoulder to lean on in a time of need. This Christmas wish would mean the world to her and one less thing on the daunting list of burdens she’s just inherited.

Family 3:

Bethany is a single mom of three boys. She works tirelessly as a server at cheddars. She barely makes ends meet but never gives up. She is a devoted friend, even when both her and my world have fallen apart. We drifted a little bit but that never has stopped her from reaching out.

I would love to see Bethany get help for her vehicle to get maintained as needed and for her boys to get some extra Christmas love. Bethany could use a spa day too!

It would mean a lot to me as her friend to see this wish get granted for all she does. I can’t be the best friend right now due to my own personal things going on, so I thought I’d like to nominate her!
