We are thrilled to be planning another block party for the books! Pineda Crossing’s very own PHASE 1!
Saturday, June 29th
3pm-7pm
Common Area(north of entrance)
Let's make this first block party for PHASE 1, a party to remember! We will be having LIVE FAMILY FRIENDLY MUSIC by ,the very talented, Cam Gordon! Also, a waterslide, yard games, loads of water balloons, and Sunset Slush of Brevard Food Truck!
This will be located at the north side of the front entrance common area. Hot summers call for shade and this common area will provide just that with the huge canopied trees. Please walk or get dropped off as space is very limited for parking. Bathroom facility is available.
We, of course, can't do it without you! Our goal will cover all of our entertainment, food, and a bathroom facility. To make this happen, we are counting on your involvement. To lock in our vendors, we will need to raise these funds as quickly as possible! With the amount of homeowners in PHASE 1 , this shouldn’t be a hard task.

All families that donate $50 or more will be featured in our community’s July’s newsletter.
PHASE 1 is a special phase as we have many residents that have lived here from the very start of Pineda Crossing, 30yrs ago! This is an excellent way to get to meet and mingle with neighbors, old and new! Thank you in advance for your participation and looking forward having some fun!
