We met 7 years ago.

When we first met he had a gift for me: flowers and a box of chocolates. From that first meeting he would ask me on the daily if I needed anything. Even when I came back to NYC he would text me, do you need anything? Throughout all these years, I just wanted to be his friend. I was on my own journey of loving myself. When I truly was in love with myself and who I am, he was right there waiting for me.

He's my best friend. When I am with him I am at peace. With him, I can do anything. With him, I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. With him, I love myself everyday. He tells me I am so strong, brave and beautiful everyday. With him I am safe and secure in all my softest parts. With him, I can be open and allow the world to see me. With him, I am so in love. With him, I am home.

My favorite juice is date juice. Fresh date juice. He would bring this to me all the time especially when I am painting in the hot sun.

His favorite juice is pineapple.
