Pilgrimage for James

Hi, I’m Suzannah and this photograph is of my brother James and I. James was 25 when he passed away in August. He was the most genuine person I’ve ever known. This July, my father, myself, and my friend Queenie are embarking on a week long pilgrimage to raise money for a cause very close to James’ heart. The pilgrimage, named ‘The Way of St James’, will lead us to St James in northern Spain, where we will light a candle in his memory. Queenie and myself have decided to raise money for Care By Lily, an organisation that works to improve the lives of children and adults with disabilities. We have chosen this organisation specifically due to James’ personal relationship with the founder and the children who she worked with when he was here. James felt for others deeply and whenever he was around those in need he could put a smile on their face like no one else. His light was so bright and we hope that with this we can bring some of that light to these families.
