Following our dream hasn't come without some setbacks, but we usually suck it up and make the best of the situations that come our way. Unfortunately, we were dealt with a bit of a harsh hand last week. Summer is always a slow time of year in the Phoenix area, and we usually close for a short summer break during the week of the Fourth of July, which also serves as a nice break for the whole crew at PnP. On Wednesday, July 5th, Keenan decided to go in and check on the restaurant... and walked into 3 inches of water flooding the entire restaurant! The amazing team at PuroClean has been working diligently to get the restaurant dried out, repaired, and getting us back into business!
We have been humbled by all of the well-wishes and offers for help as we've gone through this process, and so, we find ourselves in a place that we're not necessarily comfortable with--we do need your help. We were not prepared for our unexpected closure--especially during the slowest time of the year--and our bills are piling up, both for payroll and out-of-pocket repair expenses. Our amazing staff has also faced 8 unexpected days without pay, and we want to make sure they're taken care of--family takes care of family, you know? Any donation would be appreciated, and we thank you for taking the time to become part of the PnP family and community--you all are the reason we do this--and love this!--every single day.
We will be reopening on Friday, July 14th, at 3pm, and we can't wait to welcome you all back in!
