Pi Kappa Phi EMU Home Improvements

Today I am reaching out to you on behalf of the chapter because we would appreciate support from alumni. We want to make general home improvements and help launch an incredible spring rush. As Historian, I am working with the Treasurer to disperse the funds accordingly. We will communicate with you and update you as our goals are reached.

Pit Improvements

In recent years, the wood from the pit rotted. Alongside improper drainage, the structure was at risk of collapsing. We were able to get it repaired, but it still needs proper lighting and seating.

General home improvements + House manager budget

We want to work on the house and make it more fresh and inviting. Paint is a great way, and it goes a long way. We would also like to get rid of some old fading couches for newer, nicer ones.

Financing Class projects

One of the ways we want to improve the house is through active house projects. This includes building new tables and benches to replace the old worn-down ones. There's a lot a Pi Kapp can make with some wood and nails!

Kitchen Upgrades

The kitchen needs a new stove, and the cabinets need to be fixed. A few enhancements would greatly improve functionality and efficiency as we rely on this space daily, along with making it a good rush selling point.

I speak for the whole chapter when I say we are truly thankful for our alumni and all you do for us.
