Sigma Epsilon House Remodel Project

Donation protected
This project is being spearheaded by brothers who wish to put our best face forward for returning alumni and friends who have not been back for a very long time or have never seen the house at 118 Oak Street. As we know, the house receives commercial abuse on a daily basis and when it was built at the turn of the century no one would of thought it would be used in this capacity. Alumni Brother Scott Ewing and his wife Cheryl have been diligent about keeping the house above board but we can't expect them to pick up the cost for the damage and wear and tear from social activities. With our goal of $6,500 the house renovation board made up of alumni brothers and the active chapter will be able to complete the following projects:

- Renovation and updates of both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms (fixing tiles, new toilets, sinks, etc.)

- Complete remodel of the front porch

- Painting of the whole house, both inside and out

- Professional grade basement paint/flooring

- Front and side landscaping

- A new composite display to allow display of all composites

- Minor kitchen upgrades

Let's all step up to the plate and give a little to make 118 Oak Great Again. if 200 of us give $20 we have hit our target, if 400 of us give $10 we are there. If 40 of us give $100 this can happen. Break out those wallets. We look forward to seeing everyone the weekend of May 13-15th to celebrate Phi Sig: 50 Years at Ferris. DAMN PROUD!
