Philly Rent Control Coalition is reorganizing!

The Philly Rent Control Coalition is reorganizing! We've fought hard for the last two years to push City Council to pass a stronger Good Cause bill that would protect all tenants. But Council didn't budge. Instead of trying the same tactics, we will be working with our friends at The Organizing Center to pause, be honest about our strengths and challenges, and create an even better structure for the coalition. We want to bring on more directly impacted leaders of color to guide the coalition, better understand who holds power in this city, craft a strong campaign plan and build a growing movement of tenants who all know the rent is too high! Help us cover the costs of this 4-day retreat with the Organizing Center.

Any money we raise above the goal will go towards the costs of materials for meetings, rallies and communications.
