Philip's Ghana trip
Donation protected
My name is Philip Lively and I’m currently a freshman student at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. I am originally from Ghana, Africa and got adopted in 2008 and came to the United States. This summer I will be going back to visit my family and friends that I left behind. I am very excited, but at the same time, my people back in the village are constantly struggling. I saw that their homes are falling apart and I have received calls from my brother asking for help, So I started looking around to see how I could possibly give back to them. I figured the best way to give back is through providing the village with the primary necessity such as food, water, and clothing. The funds will be used to shop and provide my village with some help. The village of Vea is in desperate need of help and I will really appreciate it if you could find it in your heart to donate. This has always been a dream of mine to give back to the place and people that shaped me. I will be traveling to the village with my brother Olie Fidelis, who still lives there, to help me use the funds to provide for the people of Vea. My trip to Ghana will begin on June 10th and end on June 24th. This childhood dream of mine is finally happening and I need your help. Your donation will aid in changing the lives of several individuals and freeing them of the hardships they already face. Thank you.
