Who is WEBC?
Windsor Essex Bike Community (WEBC) is a registered nonprofit organization that promotes all types of cycling while using the "power of community" to make positive impacts in our community and local riding scene.

What is the Libro Centre Trails project?
The WEBC Libro Centre trails is a community based project that started in the 2023! Since April 2023, Windsor Essex Bike Community (WEBC) has raised over $85,000 in community donations to build over 5 km of mountain bike specific trails for everyone in Windsor & Essex County to enjoy! These trails have been built entirely by WEBC and our team of dedicated volunteers!!

What is WEBC fundraising for?
Windsor Essex Bike Community (WEBC) is fundraising money to continually improve, maintain, and add more trails to the Libro Centre Trails network in Amherstburg, ON!

Who are these trails for?
The Libro Centre Trails have been constructed and designed for all ages & skill levels of riders. These trails are completely FREE for anyone to enjoy! WEBC now hosts skill clinics and group rides for young riders through our WEBC Youth program at the Libro Centre trails!

Details of Libro Centre Trails:
  • 5 km of mountain bike specific trails!
  • Beginner to advanced trails to help safe skill progression!
  • Jumps, berms, drops, rock gardens, and the first ever sanctioned jump line in Essex County history!
  • The home trail for "WEBC Youth" riding club that offers young riders FREE skill clinics and group rides!
  • The Libro Centre trails will host races, group rides, skill clinics, and other community events!
  • This is a multi phased project. Phase 3 trails will be WEBC's next potential stage in the project!

How will funds be used?
All funds will go towards continually maintaining/improving the current trails while eventually using donations to add more new trails through the potential Phase 3 of the project!

Improving and maintaining the Libro Centre trails takes money for machines, fuel, materials, and tools! We need your help to make sure WEBC has the funds to keep the trail in tip top condition, to add potential trail improvements, and to potentially build Phase 3 trails of the project!

100% of all funds raised from this campaign will go directly to project costs such as:
  • Project Tools.
  • Future trails (Phase 3).
  • Equipment & Materials.
  • Equipment Fuel.
  • Insurance for trail building activities.
  • Trail tool & equipment storage.

By donating to this project, you would be contributing towards a huge need for a rapidly growing demand for riding areas in Windsor & Essex County. Your potential support for the Libro Centre trail network will help encourage so many riders, and especially young people in our community to ride bikes and reap all the healthy benefits mountain biking has to offer!

Join our network of respected donors who have already contributed this project and be featured on our donor display at the Libro Centre!

Thank you SO much for your potential generosity!!

Sincerely,
Windsor Essex Bike Community (WEBC)
