My name is Marissa and as you may know I am a single mother of 3 and I have done my best to create an environment that has allowed my children the opportunities to grow and flourish academically and athletically by exploring their interest and providing them with the support needed.

My oldest son has been nothing short of a dedicated student athlete. Having the clear understanding that school and education is of the upmost importance has allowed him early success in the classroom and on the football field. At home he is the most respectful, kind, and loving big brother. He has two younger siblings that look up to him and get to experience everything right along side of him.

I take tremendous pride in being a provider for my children and I work very hard to make ends meet. Recently we have been granted with several opportunities that would allow us the ability to travel to college campuses and learn more about their academic offerings as well as how my oldest can fit into the athletic programs at the next level. These are amazing opportunities that I would like to be able to share with my children, however, there are financial barriers that stand in the way.
