Fighting to be in my children's lives.

Hello friends and family. Earlier this year, Zach ended our relationship, moving out of our home with the twins and in with his parents. Our relationship has been rocky. But my relationship with the twins remained positive for both me and them. As my and Zach's friendship has soured, he has repeatedly limited my contact with the twins as a way to punish me. Recently, he has decided that the twins would be better off if I was out of their lives.

I am a good Mom. The only reliable mother figure present for the majority of the twin's lives. A steady caregiver. Most importantly, the twins love me, I am their "B," and ask to see me. And Piper. They miss their dog too.

This is my last, desperate attempt to stay in my children's lives.

I have found a law firm that believes I have a solid chain of evidence that will win me visitation rights to my children.

For a retainer of $5,000.

I have tried on multiple occasions to try to work out call and visitation schedules. Offered to try a third-party mediator. He is not willing to work with me at all.

Oklahoma is not a state that protects step-parent rights but has ruled in favor of visitation rights to grandparents, guardians, etc. when it was clearly in the best interests of the children. The chain of evidence that I have presented to the family law attorneys meet the minimum standards of past rulings in favor of the

petitioner.

This will get ugly. I never believed that Zach would go to such lengths to serve his own agenda, and I hope he comes around before I have to present my case in family court.

If I lose, I will never see or talk to Scarlett and Harlee again. If I don't fight, I'm never going to see or talk to them again. I truly have nothing to lose.

Please, in any way that you can, help me get to court. I am a full time student. I graduate in a couple of weeks and have interviews scheduled so I can put as much as I can into this monumental financial necessity.

And I also ask that you do not share this on social media. As terrible as this may make me out to be, I cannot risk more retaliation from Zach.
