Hi my name is Peter, I attend the Inclusive Hub in Bootle. The Inclusive Hub has helped me by providing me free inclusive fitness sessions every morning, this has changed my life and helped me cope better with living with Parkinson’s Disease.

To give back to the Inclusive Hub I have challenged myself to do 3,000 rows each day over 5 weeks ultimately doing over 100,000 in total.
