Hi, my name is Nalini and I have known Skady (Shuting), Peter & Stanley Yue since stanley became friends with my son back in Kindergarten & they still remain great mates today 10 years later. Skady & Peter from our local area Kellyville are wonderful people and are very dedicated parents. Tragically on 30th May 2025 Peter has suffered a devastating left middle cerebral artery stroke which has caused significant neurological impairment and disability. His main challenges are paralysis on the right side of his body, aphasia (difficulties with speech & language comprehension/expression), and cognitive impairment. In addition to medical treatment Peter is working hard in rehabilitation with a multidisciplinary team - physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology.

The photos you see are pictures of Peter before the stroke where he was always very active & a wonderful father to Stanley, always out doing things together. Peter would help Stanley with his footy practicing, fishing and just enjoying time together as father & son. Now Peter is confined to a wheelchair due to his paralysis.

This Go Fund Me is to help support the Yue Family financially during this very difficult time which will be ongoing for them as Peter will not be able to return to work in the foreseeable future. Bills are piling up for the family and Peter will not be able to stay at the hospital much longer. He will need 24hr care but with Skady working to pay the mortgage, bills, put food on the table they need your help. Peter's ongoing rehabilitation costs are right now out of reach as they just don't have the funds for this.
