Peter Antico's campaign for SAG-AFTRA Secretary Treasurer

I am Peter Antico. I am running for SAG-AFTRA Secretary Treasurer. I am a former 2017 Presidential candidate and a 2023 Secretary Treasurer candidate; I served on the local and national boards for a decade. I chaired the LA Tech committee for 2 terms and co-chaired the Stunt Safety committee for 2 terms. I initiated the Ed Asner legal action against SAG's health plan and won a $20.6 million settlement in favor of senior performers who got kicked off their promised lifetime medical benefits.

I directed & wrote the finance documentary previewed above. I have an astute education in capital management (commodities) and macroeconomics. I advised buying Gold in 2009 at $885 per ounce and sent many emails every year to present advising the same. Silver as well. The current price is $3425. Had SAG-AFTRA listened they would have profited over 700 million dollars.

I spoke about Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in a 2017 Deadline article. That foresight was ignored by union leadership.

Our union no longer serves its members. We elect the same people based on popularity and not business acumen. Our contracts are gutted due to poor leadership decisions and ignorance. The consciousness of the members is a direct reflection of the consciousness of the leadership elected. Raise up. There is no power but GOD. Have faith.

Anyone running for National Office should be required to debate civilly and streamed on SAG-AFTRA's website. Both Presidential and Secretary Treasurer candidates in the 2023 election refused. Had they accepted the debate, and members had to watch it as a condition of voting, they wouldn't have been elected. I pray the spirit of kindness, civility, intelligence, strength, compassion, love, and character upon all who wish to make a difference.
