Everyone who knows Penny knows how hard working, creative, and strong she is. Though I have no doubts in her abilities, I'm staunchly of the opinion that this last month of pregnancy is a crucial time for rest, relaxation, and preparation for this rite of passage. Let's all chip in and support her during this time of transition, so she can focus on what truly matters, (taking care of herself and her baby) instead of trivial workplace drama and menial wages. The $2k goal will cover July and August rent and bills. It will see her through her final month+ of pregnancy and her initial weeks post partum. After Summit is born, she will have 12 weeks of maternity leave covered and a better job lined up. This is such an important time in both a mother's and a baby's life.
