Hi,
Our names are Jamie & Lauren. We are raising money to help our little girls Penny & Phoebe be more independent.
Penny has kyphosis scoliosis and pulmonary hypoplasia she has been in and out of hospital her whole life spending too many birthdays and holidays in hospital instead of enjoying her childhood. We are raising money to get her first bike a medical trike that will enable her to have fun and be safe, She wants to be like any other girl and ride her bike in the park with her friends. She is also getting very upset with her hospital bed and embarrassed about having her friends over because of this we would like to buy her an adjustable bed that will still be safe for her spine but will look like a normal bed and this is important to her.
Phoebe is only 5 years old and suffers from a severe form of epilepsy that means she has more that 200 seizures a day and through the night. She would love to be able to sleep in her room with her sister but this is not safe because she does not have the alarms and cameras to keep her safe and alert us to her seizures we would like to buy her the night watch alarm and sami camera system that will also send information to her doctors.
Bexley beavers charity has already donated to help Penny towards her trike but we are still away off our totals and would be forever grateful for any help anyone could offer.
