Hi, my name is Sarah Palm, and I’m fundraising on behalf of my nephew Zachary Palm Khamvongsa, his girlfriend Tiana, and their precious baby, Parker LaRae.

Parker was born on April 22, 2025, and recently diagnosed with pontocerebellar hypoplasia - a rare condition that affects the brain. The odds of this diagnosis are estimated at 1 in 1.4 million.

Even in the midst of this difficult news, we believe with all our hearts that Parker was handpicked by God to be part of our family. We are committed to adapting, learning, and growing together to give her the fullest, most joyful life.

Since her birth, Parker remains in the NICU at the Mayo Hospital in Rochester. Because this condition comes with many medical challenges, frequent hospital visits, and ongoing treatment, this GoFundMe is to help Parker with long-term support.
