Help Brandon Rebuild After Devastating Fire
Donation protected
On January 7th around 4pm our coworker, and friend, Brandon Porter received a call that emergency services were at his home. By the time he arrived, the fire had already engulfed the entire building. He was informed by the fire marshal that everything he owned was gone. Brandon was left with nothing but the clothing on his back.
While the sentimental items like pictures of his late mother are irreplaceable, things like housing, food, and clothes are. Any donation made will go straight to Brandon to assist in relocation and the purchase of necessity items.
While no one deserves a tragedy such as this, Brandon very much did not deserve this. Brandon is a strong man who has endured some bumps in life already. He spent years working in landscaping, but because of medical issues was forced to change professions. Brandon now works at Walmart as an online grocery personnel, which is where our paths crossed. While he is a big man that might seem a little scary, when you get to know him you see that he’s actually just a big teddy bear. For Christina, Brandon is the type of friend that always gives her hugs when they wont see each other for a couple days, and never forgets to remind her of how proud he is of her for pursuing college and how he knows she’s going to achieve great things. Brandon is a great friend and a great person. For Gabby, he has always been an open ear and a caring friend; Whether it’s offering to pay for lunches or bringing her in little goodies to make her smile, Brandon’s considerate actions never cease.
Please consider donating to get this deserving man back on his feet; Any amount would be greatly appreciated. Thank you SO much in advance!
