In our TWT Training, we’ve discovered something powerful: We’re not just participants in a program, but a community that supports each other.

Some of us in this cohort are again facing financial difficulties that may prevent them from attending the TWT In-Person-Retreat in March 2026. Inspired by similar initiatives in other cohorts and the US Hub's related intiative, we came together just before our November Retreat and started this initiative - to financially support attendance at the In-Person-Retreats throughout the TWT for those who need it. Just as we did for the November Retreat campaign, we remain committed to ensuring that financial constraints never prevent anyone from participating in person in March. We’ve already seen how, when we come together as a community, we can make it possible for everyone to continue this transformative journey.

Why does this matter?

The TWT is more than just a training - it's a life-changing journey for many of us. We want to make sure no one has to step back or miss out because of financial difficulties.

How will this money be used?

Your donations will go directly to help fellow participants cover travel, accommodation or retreat fees. Even small amounts add up to make a big difference.

Is there a commission taken by the GoFundMe platform?

Gofundme takes no commission. However, the platform charges transaction fees of 2.9%.

Is this a staff-led or participants-led initiative?

This is a participants-led initiative. It is a bottom-up initiative, inspired by similar mutual aid actions in previous cohorts. We’re organizing this fund with care, transparency, and a sense of deep responsibility.

Who decides who gets the funds?

How much is needed?

We are in the process of finding out exactly what are the financial needs for the March retreat. Based on our first insights with participants and our past Mutual Aid Fund initiative, we have subjectively chosen to start again with raising 12.000 €.

Can I make a difference even with a small contribution?

We really think you can. Every bit of support can help create a wave of solidarity.

Can I simply make a bank transfer instead of making a contribution via GoFundMe?

We prefer that you make a donation via this website.
