Hello everyone, my name is Kristen Keezer and I am asking for help for a family that holds a special place in my heart.  The Payne's have been part of our extended family for years and my children have grown up with Rene, Alec, and Mimi.  Todd even married my husband and I all those years ago.  And I am devastated to report that they lost everything they had yesterday in the Marshall Fire that made it's destructive path through the Louisville/Superior, Colorado area. By the grace of God this incredible family made it to safety along with their dogs with the help of neighbors and friends. They left so quickly sweet Mimi did not even get a chance to leave with shoes on her feet. Anyone who knows this incredible family knows what beautiful hearts they have and that they are always there to help, counsel, and lend a hand where ever they are needed and now they need our help. They are having to start over again with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and with this journey being so long, any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
