This is certainly not easy to do but it is needed. We recently lost a great man, Herb Paetzold. Along with the pain and grief have come a large number of unexpected expenses. We thought we were financially prepared, but a series of unfortunate events have left a large financial shortcoming.  We are trying to help cover the Funeral costs and related expenses.

Herb was not one to ask many favours. He believed in helping others and expecting nothing in return. He had a huge heart and would give without a seconds thought. Herb spent countless hours as a Captain of the Mysis, a Coast Guard Auxiliary Boat used for rescuing those in distress. In past years He could be found doing whatever was needed of him at the Kincardine Legion. Quite simply, He was always there to help anyone with anything at any time.

I could go on and on but I am sure if you knew him, you knew what an incredible man he was. If you didn’t know him, combine your favourite teacher, the guy who covers the amount you don’t have in the grocery line and the one person who knows how to fix anything and always has a great story. Mix in a generous dash of love and laughter and that’s Herb.
