Pay legal expenses for Ballot Recall

COPS is made up of 10 homeowners paying all legal expenses for the Ballot Recall at Portofino Shores, privately. None of us are rich, but we love our community and want to stop the 3 board members from making further unwanted changes and services to our community.

Any and ALL financial help will be greatly appreciated. Their HOA attorney keeps dragging out the process as long as possible at HOA expense (our HOA fees). Their legal expenses were $20,000 as of August. This amount also includes contract negotiations with new vendors, breaching contracts with our regular vendors and multiple phone calls from POA President.

Our balance is about 1/2 of theirs but still a lot for 10 of us.
