Rocket Shipping is launching a campaign called Pay It Freight Forward, where we will partner with different organizations to raise awareness and fundraise.

This year, our mission is to raise awareness for all forms of human trafficking. Modern slavery has risen over 23% since recent calculations from 2016, and it affects over 50 million people today.

Since 2011, a non-profit called Unseen has been accelerating the work of anti-human trafficking and root cause organizations that have a history of success and are primed for growth.

We're inviting other leaders in the industry to fight for this issue to no longer be #unseen, aiming to raise $100,000 and spread awareness of this issue before the #SuperBowl---one of the world's largest human-trafficking events annually.

To fundraise for this issue, a safe will travel around the country to different companies. When the safe arrives, they'll be able to make a #donation and add their logos to it; and once that's done, the company chooses another company or industry leader to receive the safe. We handle the process to get it shipped to wherever it's going, and the journey continues.

Once completed, any and all contributions will be donated to Unseen to support the mission and the nonprofit as best we can. Community is vital to bringing these injustices to an end, and it's time to unite against a growing issue.
