Can You Help Us Replace Our Much-Loved Trim Trail at Paxton Nursery!

The children, families, and staff at Paxton Nursery are working hard to raise much-needed funds to replace our beloved trim trail — a fixture at the heart of our garden for over 20 years.

Generations of children have played, learned, and grown on this trail, and we hope to preserve this special part of our nursery for future generations too.

At Paxton, we are incredibly lucky to have beautiful outdoor spaces where children can play and explore.

To an outsider, it may look like just playtime, but for our children, these moments are full of learning and development. Outdoor play helps them build vital gross motor, social, and communication skills — all essential for their growth and success.

Sadly, our existing trim trail has reached the end of its life. It has brought so much joy, but it’s now in need of replacement. Installing a new trim trail comes with a cost of approximately £10,000, and we need your help to reach this goal.

We’ve formed a parent support group to lead our fundraising efforts, and we’re reaching out to our community for support. Whether you can donate, help spread the word, or assist in organizing events, every contribution makes a difference.

Together, we can give our children the outdoor play space they deserve.
